Have you seen the gorgeous cover photo for our 2021 calendar? It features a King Eider image captured by a nature photographer up in Alaska. This species of sea duck is special to us at Bird Rescue because one of the King Eiders that our team washed and released back in 1996 was reported in 2019 – 23 years after release!
