Banding Report

We are thrilled to receive news that multiple banded Elegant Terns rescued during the Long Beach Harbor Seabird Incident were re-sighted exactly two years later. Thanks to citizen scientist Monte Stinnett for reporting.

Thanks to local spotter, the bird was spotted with a group of 50 other Elegant Terns along the shore at Elsie Roemer Bird Sanctuary in Alameda CA.
