The Power of Sharing: Giving Tuesday is One Week Away

Dear Friends,

365 days a year, our dedicated staff provide ill, injured, orphaned, and contaminated birds the compassionate medical care needed for a second chance at life. Birds in a changing world face unforeseen challenges, and we are often called to act immediately. In total, more than 3,300 birds entered Bird Rescue’s wildlife facilities in need of help in 2022. Our ability to perform this important work would not be possible if it wasn’t for the kind and generous support of people like you.

Watch this video and learn more about our history and why we’re dedicated to saving wildlife.

Giving Tuesday is just around the corner. Join us on Tuesday, November 29 in taking action for the birds this holiday season. Together, we hope to raise $40,000 to support waterbird rescue and rehabilitation at our two California wildlife centers. These funds will help give thousands of birds a second chance and help prepare us for the next waterbird crisis. Your gift helps ensure we are ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead in 2023. Please consider a special gift to International Bird Rescue, and give the gift of a second chance for wild birds.

Away for the holidays? Make your donation early, and we will process your gift towards our Giving Tuesday goal.

From all of us at Bird Rescue, Happy Thanksgiving and thank you so much for your support!

With gratitude,
